I am a dance conditioning specialist from Brighton and Hove. My background is in medical education, and I now work as a personal trainer and conditioning coach, helping my fitness clients and dance students stay happy, healthy, and strong.
I am qualified in a range of disciplines, which allows me to take a holistic approach to helping my clients. These include:
