Beth Jones is a dance conditioning specialist, who works in and around Brighton and Hove.
She has a background in medical education, and now works with adult clients and dance students from all over Sussex, helping them stay strong, healthy, and happy.
Beth holds a unique set of qualifications that allow her to take a holistic approach to helping her clients and students. These include:
- Personal training
- Exercise to music, barre, and group fitness
- Youth exercise
- Progressing ballet technique
- Lisa Howell - level 1 & level 2 (flexibility)
