Personal training sessions with Beth are fun, friendly, and highly effective!
Want to improve your posture and alignment? Need help with your core strength and stability? Want to lose weight and generally tone up? Or maybe you have a specific goal that is related to dance, yoga or sport?
Not a problem! Beth will meet with you to discuss your goals in relation to where you are now, and then design a program that will help get you where you want to be.
All programmes are individually designed to meet your needs, and may include elements of:
Working with free weights and kettlebells
Deep core and pelvic floor activation
Flexibility and corrective exercise
Sessions are held in private studios in Brighton. Clients are encouraged to work without shoes, in order to strengthen the feet as nature intended, but this can be discussed on an individual basis.
